THE SPARK

With irrepressible ambition, I set out to forge a career for myself in the media creation industry. Focused on small local businesses and artists, I set out into the world as Creative Perception: an all inclusive suite of start up business essentials. From lost to launch, I would create a website, populate it with brand photography and videography, brainstorm ideas, and prepare a social media campaign.

Some clients would onboard me as a creative consultant, usually for a business quarter to get things started, visually document the growth journey, and show the ropes to a permanent replacement.

From my roots to the tops of my branches, I am a creator of experiences and capturer of emotions. I have over a decade of experience as a professional photographer, so my skill with a camera is definitely one of the sharpest tools I bring to the table.

I have worked with outdoor lifestyle brands, taking my camera on 30 mile hikes, down roaring rapids on the buffalo river, to the tops of trees during sunrise yoga in the mountains, all to chase the light of sunrise and sunsets with people I love.

What fills my heart is the Christmas card season where I get to capture the love of families who sometimes are together only for this moment once a year. Humans of all ages and from all walks of life fascinate me; no two are the same, but it is so beautiful to experience the relationships of those closely related.
